When title sales representative Bryon Bashore works with a client, he contributes more than exceptional customer care. He brings a genuine sense of enthusiasm to his business, a positive energy and an attitude of excitement that reflects his professional intentions. “I’m here to make a difference, to ensure that the element of title maintains its importance and to help facilitate successful transactions for my agents and their customers,” he states.
Bryon, who grew up in Huntington Beach, attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising where he focused on merchandise product development. Though he aspired to launch his own clothing line, he recognized that challenging economic times weren’t conducive to his business plans. “I grew up around title,” explains Bryon, whose father has been in the industry since the early 80s. “I’ve attended professional events, had the opportunity to meet a number of professionals in the real estate business.” His entrepreneurial spirit was an ideal fit for a title position, where he would have the ability to assist agents in building their own clientele. So Bryon launched his career in customer service before spending almost 2 years on the title unit, gaining a wealth of knowledge and industry experience before moving into the sales arena.
What distinguishes Bryon today is his can-do spirit and his service-oriented approach. “I’m committed to identifying innovative ways to help my agents build their businesses,” he asserts. He accomplishes this objective by acting as a knowledgeable resource and liaison for agents, helping to put them in touch with the individuals they need to execute successful transactions. Bryon is also highly communicative, working with agents on their terms to ensure their questions and concerns are answered expediently.
“I’m very hands-on in my business,” Bryon notes. “I’ve found that the most productive professional relationships are built by one-on-one interactions. There’s success in partnerships, and my aim is to be the rock that my clients can depend upon.” His knowledge, adds Bryon, extends beyond the title industry. “When someone needs information or resources pertaining to the community, from a suggestion for local dining to where to look for home improvement specialists, I’d like them to feel comfortable asking me. I’ve lived and worked in Huntington Beach for many years, and am well-versed in the region’s amenities. I’m here to improve the quality of life for my clients throughout the title experience and beyond.”
Challenges will inevitably arise, and Bryon prides himself on his ability to move beyond them. “I am up front and honest in dealing with issues,” he states. “My objective is to remain proactive, to identify solutions and options and to help my agents determine how to move forward.”
Bryon lauds the efforts of his team of specialists with Ticor Title, whom he credits for their collaborative approach to business. “Everyone is working to the best of their abilities and with the clients’ needs in mind,” he says. “My team, including Title Officer Cindy Fern and Kathy Boyd who has joined Cindy as a co-title officer are great resources for my customers.”
Also behind Bryon is the solid brand that Ticor Title has so diligently built. The company, a member of the Fidelity National Financial family of services, is viewed as one of the industry’s most stable title insurance providers. “We are here for the long haul,” explains Bryon. “Ticor Title is a company poised for ongoing industry longevity.”
While he has dedicated much of his time and energy into building his title clientele, Bryon does manage to enjoy himself beyond the professional setting. An avid outdoorsman and longtime athlete, he relishes the Southern California lifestyle. “Golf, in particular, is a great outlet for physical exercise and mental balance,” he notes.
Bryon looks forward to the opportunity to continue to build industry relationships, to assist his clientele with outstanding service and a consultative approach. “I enjoy working with a range of individuals,” he says. “From real estate agents and their clients, to lenders and escrow officers, I’m more than happy to speak to issues and answer questions pertaining to the title process. It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to share my knowledge, to be of value to others.”
